1. I followed the rule of thirds while taking this photo.
2. The subject is the teacher, and he is speaking to the class while leaning on a podium.
3. It is clear what the subject is.
4. If you could not tell what the subject then I could've blurred out the background to make it more obvious.
1. I followed the rule of thirds again, but i think i also may have followed the rule of lines, because of the lines on the windows.
2. The subject is the boy raising his hand while in a class discussion.
3. I think it is very clear what the subject is.
4. If it is unclear what the subject is than I should've added more light to the photo.
1. I followed the rule of thirds again and maybe the rule of balance because the red poster and the map balance the picture.
2. The subject is the map on the chalkboard, there is a poster in the background but that is not the subject.
3. It is clear what the subject is.
4. If it is not clear what the subject is then i could've taken the picture without the red poster in the background.
I like how the picture of the map has a blurred background because it really shows the subject, also you could have maybe made the other photos a little brighter:)
ReplyDeleteSo you took photos in a pretty dark room and that is always tough. The biggest problem with these images is that none of them are in focus. Maybe you had a camera that didn't have auto focus, but I just have to deduct major points for the focus. Next time make sure you are careful and checking to see that all of your pictures are clear. The composition and subjects are okay. Next time get closer and be brave. Always make sure that when you are taking people, that you have a strong face and look for emotion and energy from your subjects. The last one is really missing a person and that would be a requirement of an academic image. You didn't look at ANY examples that didn't have people and faces.
