I think this photo is the least unethical because nothing was significantly changed about the photo. A title was added to the picture and i think that is not crossing the line on editing.
I think this photograph is definitely too much editing. The photo is almost completely changed, the background is the same but the person has changed. The photo is no longer displaying the 'truth' and now says something else, I would say this much editing is crossing the line of ethical editing.
